Sports & Activity Weeks

In the case of cancellation by parents, a credit voucher for 100% of the cost will be given, provided that we are notified at least 3 weeks before the start of the Sports Week. Thereafter a voucher for 75% of the cost will be given unless a doctor’s certificate is produced as proof of illness or injury when a credit note will be given for 100% of the cost.

Sunday Morning Football

In the case of cancellation by parents for Sunday courses, there is no refund.

Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse any child at any time prior to and during the Sports Week if, in our opinion, the child is not compatible with the enjoyment and safety of the camp. No refund for the course will be given for those children sent home early from the Week.

In sending a child to a Sports Galore event, the parent/guardian agrees that the participant may take part in any of the activities.
Arrangements outlined are given in good faith. However, Sports Galore reserves the right to alter or cancel the programme or course of activities for reasons of safety, weather, travel arrangements, general programme planning and other factors which may arise beyond the Company’s control, including the unavailabilty of instructors.
