Privacy Policy
We will respect and protect your privacy at all times.
Sports Galore acts as a Data Controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998. We need to collect some personal details from you and the children on your booking so we can process your booking, such as names, ages and any applicable medical or dietary restrictions and, in some cases, credit/debit card or other payment details. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary permission to pass on the personal details of all the children that you are making a booking for.
We will not pass on your personal information to any third party unless absolutely necessary to fulfil a particular service on your behalf, for example, your credit/debit card details will be taken via a secure payment provider, who will themselves comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI).
It is the policy of Sports Galore to delete all financial details (including credit or debit card numbers).
Where you choose to follow a link from our site, please be aware that the website will have its own privacy policy that is not in anyway connected to ours or in anyway influenced or controlled by us.

Sports Galore has no intention of sending spam email to anybody on its database and you should therefore notify us as soon as possible should you believe you are in receipt of unsolicited e-mail that may be linked to us. Additionally, we would like to hold and use some of your details for future marketing purposes, for example sending you promotional information. Please let us know as soon as possible if you do not want to receive future mailings from Sports Galore.
Our website uses 'cookies' which are small pieces of information sent from a web server to a web browser, which allows the server to collect information from the browser. You can choose not to accept cookies by changing your browser options.
Should any legal proceedings require us to pass on your personal information, we trust you will understand that we have a duty to comply with the law.
If we make any changes to the way in which we collect your data or use it, or to this policy, they will be updated here with immediate effect.
